FAQ
The mask
What does it actually do?
It holds the skin under your chin and along your jaw up for 30 minutes while the hydrogel sits on it. When you take it off, the jawline looks sharper and the skin feels tighter. That effect fades over the day. Use it 2–3 times a week for a month and the firmer look starts to stick around.
Will it get rid of a double chin?
It softens how one looks. It does not remove fat, and it is not a substitute for a procedure. If that's what you need, this will disappoint you.
How long do I wear it?
30 minutes. Take it off and don't rinse — the serum keeps working.
Can I reuse a mask?
No. Each mask is single-use. There are five in a box.
Does it hurt or pull?
It's snug on purpose. The ear loops keep it in place, and it comes off cleanly. If it stings, take it off and stop using it — that's your skin telling you it doesn't like an ingredient.
Can I use it with retinol or acids?
The mask contains retinol. Skip your own retinol or exfoliating acids on the nights you wear it.
Who shouldn't use it?
Anyone with broken or irritated skin on the neck or chin, anyone allergic to any listed ingredient, and — because of the retinol — anyone pregnant or nursing should ask their doctor first. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
Orders
Who ships my order?
Crease Club is a retailer. Your order ships directly from MARÉE, the brand that makes the mask, in their own box with their name on it — not ours. You'll get tracking by email once it ships.
How long does shipping take?
It leaves MARÉE the next business day and arrives in 3–5 business days. US only for now.
What does shipping cost?
$3.99 for one box. Free on two boxes or more. Priority (1–2 days) is $4.99 if you're in a hurry.
What's your return policy?
30 days. Unopened, we refund it. If the mask gave you a reaction, tell us within 30 days and we'll refund it opened — we may ask for a photo.
Why is the price the same as MARÉE's site?
Because it's their product and their price. What you get from us is the honest version of the listing — including what it won't do — and a return policy that covers reactions. If you'd rather buy from them directly, that's fine too.
