Who ships your order
Crease Club is a retailer, not a manufacturer. Every product on this site ships directly from the brand that makes it, from that brand's own warehouse, in that brand's own packaging. The box that arrives will have the brand's name on it (for the jawline mask, that's MARÉE), not ours. If your order contains products from more than one brand, it will arrive as more than one package, possibly on different days.

How long it takes
Orders leave the brand the next business day and arrive 3–5 business days later. Priority arrives in 1–2. You'll get a tracking number by email once it ships.

Standard shipping is $3.99 for a single box and free on orders of $40 or more — that's two boxes or three. Priority delivery is $4.99. You see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.

Wrong address
Check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to the brand because the address was wrong, we'll refund the product price but not the shipping.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking hasn't moved for 7 days, email us and we'll chase the brand or send a replacement.
