Finding your tracking number

Your tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships, usually within 48 hours of ordering. Check the inbox you used at checkout, and check spam if it is not there.

Once you have the number, enter it at 17track.net, which handles international carriers better than most carrier sites do.

What to expect, and when

Days 1 to 2: Order is processed and dispatched. You get your tracking number.

Days 2 to 5: Tracking often shows nothing, or only the label being created. This is the stage that worries people most and it is completely normal. The package is moving before the tracking catches up.

Days 5 to 10: Movement appears as the package clears customs and enters the US postal network.

Days 7 to 14: Delivery, counted in business days from dispatch.

When to contact us

Email us if tracking has not updated in 10 days, or if your order has not arrived within 21 business days. We will replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer, and you do not need to send anything back.

Before that point, quiet tracking is not a problem, it is just how international shipping looks from the outside. But if it is bothering you, email anyway and we will look it up.
